Attaching Post Anchor to Finished Deck Surface

My deck has already been finished and now I want to put railings on the deck. Can I just attach the titan post anchor and post right to the deck surface?

Yes you can.

However you must ensure that there is good blocking underneath the deck surface between the joists to the bolts have something solid to connect to. You may have to take some 2x6 or 2x8 and laminate 3 or 4 of them face to face and cut to size to fit in perpendicular to the joists.
